Al-Hikmah Project
فَإنَّ اللَّه يُحْي الْقُلُوبَ بنُور الْحكْمَة كَمَا يُحْي اللَّه الأرْضَ الميتَة بِوابِلِ السَّمَاءِ
Inspiration
Hikmah Initiative is inspired by the following Ayah:
ٱدْعُ إِلَى سَبِيلِ رَبِّكَ بِلْحِكْمَةِ وَلْمَوْعِظَةِ ٱلْحَسَنَةِ ۖ وَجَـٰدلْهُم بِلَّتِى هِىَ أَحْسَنُ ۚ إِنَّ رَبَّكَ هُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِمَن ضَلَّ عَن سَبِيلِهِ ۖ وَهُوَ أَعْلَمُ بِلْمُهْتَدِينَ ١٢٥
“Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided.” [Surah An-Nahl: 125]
Purpose
With Allah's permission, the Hikmah Project will revive and rejuvenate the community with invigorating lectures, beneficial seminars, Quran classes, and educational videos in an effort to revive the heart.
Our mission is to empower individuals with the knowledge and wisdom of Islam, as a means to transform their lives and positively impact the world around them. We seek to provide accessible, inclusive, and innovative educational resources that engage learners at all levels and backgrounds. With the guidance and blessings of Allah, we aspire to be a catalyst for positive change and a source of inspiration for individuals and communities.
Goal
Allah SWT gave us brains, hearts, minds, and intellects. Allah SWT is Al Alee, the one with the most comprehensive and complete knowledge that encompasses everything. Even though Allah has infinitely more knowledge than we ever will, he gave us the ability to learn, think, and develop. Allah could have programmed us to be perfectly obedient, yet He chose to give us intellects and gave us the choice to expand our minds through numerous types of knowledge. The best type of knowledge by far is the knowledge of Allah SWT bestowed upon us in the Quran, taught to us by the Prophet ﷺ, and applied by the companions.
